Instructions on how to install the Cisco Clean Access Agent on a Windows computer

Description:
The Clean Access Agent is required to be installed on all Windows ResNet computers in order to gain internet access.

1. Click Yes to the Security Alert
   
   
2. Click Run to begin the Clean Access Agent install.
   
   
3. If prompted with a Security Warning, Click Run.
   
   
4. At the Agent Setup Screen, click Next.
   
   
5. Click Next to accept the default folder location.
   
   
6. Click Install.
   
   
7. Click Finish to complete the installation.
   
   
8. After the Agent is installed, you're prompted for your User Name and Password. Use your MyGeorgiaSouthern ID and MyGeorgiaSouthern Password.
   
   

   For example: If your email address is John_H_Doe@georgiasouthern.edu and you login to SquirrelMail with jdoe12, then your MyGeorgiaSouthern ID is jdoe12.

9. If you are a student, leave ResNet Login selected for your authentication provider and click Login. For Faculty/Staff users, select Novell Login and click Login.
   
   
10. If your machine doesn't currently meet the security requirements, you're granted Temporary Access, which is restricted to limited sites allowing you to correct the issue.
    
    
11. Otherwise, you'll see a Success screen and be granted full network access.
